Appearance
Guillotine is a tall man with dark hair with a white stripe on the right side of his head and also with a long dark beard with the end being curly, reaching done to his abdomen, with a white line on the right side of the beard. He wears sunglasses and a crescent-shaped blade on top of his head. He also wears a light double-breast suit with his long sleeves rolled up and a dark green suit and a tie underneath it. As a high ranking officer, he wears a Justice coat draped over his shoulders.

Personality
He seems to be a calm and reasonable man who understands that the Pacifista, which has come under the control of a pirate, must be destroyed, despite the fact that due to this they will lose some of their military power. He showed disgust when Pomsky was transformed into a child and attacked by Bonney, commenting that it felt wrong to see a child being hit.
Abilities And Powers
As a vice admiral, he has authority over lower-ranking Marines.
Weapons
Guillotine wears an oddly-shaped bladed ornament over his head that he can use as a boomerang in combat. He was also seen with a large sword on his back, but was not shown wielding it.
Haki
As all vice admirals possess Haki, Guillotine can also use the ability.
Rokushiki
In the anime, Guillotine has displayed the ability to use the technique Geppo, which he used to travel from his battleship to Egghead.
History
Final Saga
Egghead Arc
When the World Government had ordered to eliminate Vegapunk, Guillotine, alongside Jaygarcia Saturn, Kizaru, and eight other Vice Admirals, led a Marine fleet to besiege the island of Egghead. After the Marines made landfall, the Vice Admirals witnessed Jewelry Bonney stab Saturn and attempted to open fire on her, but Saturn told them all to back down, saying that he would have dodged if he was afraid of her sword. Saturn then ordered a Buster Call on Egghead, prompting the Marines to evacuate. During the attack, the Pacifista under Bonney's command were attacking the ships. While the Marines were considering to stop firing at the Pacifista, Guillotine said they could not as Vegapunk himself allowed the Pacifista to be under a pirate's control. He, Red King and Pomsky later confronted Bonney's group before they could reach the Giant Warrior Pirates' ship in an attempt to eliminate her. Franky took out Red King, while Bonney turned Pomsky into a child and kicked him, which Guillotine felt horrified by. Their efforts ended up failing, as Bonney's group managed to board the ship.
