Nothing is known about Mosa's features as the character has yet to make an appearance.
Personality And Relationships
Mosa has apparently undergone a traumatic event of some sort, which they claim has deeply affected them ever since.
Loki
In spite of never meeting Loki personally, Mosa befriended the giant prince through Den Den Mushi calls and feels comfortable enough to share personal aspects of their life with him. They believe that in spite of Loki's violent tendencies, there is some kindness to be found there deep down. Loki refers to Mosa with the suffix kō (公?) as a sign of friendly respect.
History
Past
At some point in the past, Loki acquired a Den Den Mushi that Mosa was able to call. Through repeated conversations, the two became friends, despite never seeing each other.
Final Saga
Elbaph Arc
Mosa called Loki over Den Den Mushi. When Loki angrily explained how he would get revenge for "that incident" if he was in Mosa's position, Mosa tried to calm him down. Later, Mosa called Loki again to mournfully tell him they wouldn't be able to call for a while. Loki suspected Mosa was in danger again, but Mosa denied it, thanked Loki for providing them solace through their calls, and hung up, leaving Loki worried and frustrated.
Translation And Dub Issues
It is unclear if "Mosa" is an actual name or a nickname. In Japanese, mosamosa (モサモサ?) means "to be hairy; to be thickly bearded". The official VIZ Media translation interprets this as a nickname and translates it to "Shaggy".
