Mashikatta sat in an alleyway, drinking, when the abolishment of the Seven Warlords system was announced. Hearing the news, he laughed, insulting the former Warlords, and celebrated by drinking further until he passed out drunk.
Trivia
His name is a pun on the Japanese phrase urayamashikatta (羨ましかった?, "I was envious"), implying that his hostility towards the Warlords stems from envy.
