Shade Port is a port on an island located somewhere in the Grand Line. It is where Marshall D. Teach, later the Emperor Blackbeard, was born.

History

Past

Forty years ago, Marshall D. Teach was born in the Shade Port. At some point during his childhood, he learned about the Yami Yami no Mi and became obsessed with finding it. He later left the port and eventually joined the Whitebeard Pirates.
