Headband Catfish Village is located on the Sea Floor, and it is composed of small, shorts dwellings with small round windows. One of the damaged buildings was a medicial facility.

Headband Catfish Village was the home of the catfish until it was destroyed by a sunken ship. Octopako laughed at them when she saw their village in ruin. Hatchan, Camie, and Pappag came across the starving villagers as they were struggling to rebuild. Hatchan ran away from his friends and the village, taking all the treasure he found with him. However, he used it to purchase cooking equipment. He and his friends saved the catfish villagers from starvation by making them takoyaki. They returned to the surface, and an old catfish came to Hatchan for takoyaki right before he gave his last batch to Octopako. Hatchan gave it to the old catfish instead of Octopako, and she punched him for it. The catfish villagers decided to reward him by making him a ship that he could use to sell takoyaki.
