Nothing is known about the country’s geography because it has yet to make an appearance.
History
At some point in the last 44 years, the Aoi Kingdom was involved in a devastating war, during which time Issho served as the “Captain of the Light Guard” (光警備隊長, Hikari Keibi Taichō?). The war ended with the Aoi Kingdom’s destruction and Issho’s branding as a war criminal.
Trivia
- In Japanese, アオイ (aoi?) can refer to a mallow, or to a species of wild ginger called Asarum caulescens. The latter is prominently featured on the crest of the Tokugawa clan, a Japanese dynasty which produced the Tokugawa shogunate.
- Aoi (青い?) can also mean “blue” or “green” in Japanese.
