Introduction
Ikkaku is a member of the Heart Pirates. Ikkaku is a member of the Heart Pirates.
Appearance
Ikkaku is a woman with curly dark brown hair and light brown eyes. She wears a yellow and orange hat. Like all the other members of the Heart Pirates, she also wears a boiler suit with the crew's Jolly Roger imprinted on the left breast.
Personality
Along with Uni and Clione, Ikkaku was against the idea of allying with the Straw Hat Pirates, thinking of their assistance as worthless.
History
Past
A month before Trafalgar Law formed an alliance with the Straw Hat Pirates, Ikkaku and the other Heart Pirates went to Zou and were left under the watch of Nekomamushi. Ikkaku, Uni, and Clione were against forming the alliance, but they were outvoted. When the Beasts Pirates, led by Jack, invaded Zou in search for Raizo, the Heart Pirates fought alongside the Mink Tribe.

Zou Arc
After Law arrived at Zou around a week later, the Heart Pirates happily reunited with their captain when he came into the Whale Forest. That night, the Heart Pirates briefly met and greeted Monkey D. Luffy before Law went to have a private conversation with the Straw Hats. The Guardians later threw a party for the Straw Hats that lasted throughout the night, and the Heart Pirates joined in. The next day, the Heart Pirates, some of the Straw Hats, Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Raizo prepared to depart Zou for Wano Country on the Polar Tang.

She was present with the other Heart Pirates on their ship as it was leaving Delta Island.
Wano Country Arc
The Heart Pirates later infiltrated Wano Country. After Law was captured to free Bepo, Shachi, and Penguin, the Heart Pirates gathered in Ebisu Town and discussed their captain's situation. On the day of the Fire Festival, the Heart Pirates entered the battle against the Beasts Pirates. After the guards at the torii gates were defeated by the Straw Hats, the Heart Pirates and the Scabbards (except Kin'emon and Denjiro) traversed to the back of Onigashima in the Polar Tang. When the submarine got close enough, it rose to the surface and Law teleported himself, Bepo, Shachi, Penguin, and the Scabbards with them to Onigashima's back entrance.
Once they left, the rest of the crew submerged back underwater. After Kaidou knocked Luffy off of the floating island, the crew aboard the Polar Tang could hear Luffy's voice and located him underwater. They brought him onto the submarine and pumped the water out of his stomach. Luffy eventually woke up and started demanding meat, though the Heart Pirates were out of food. After Momonosuke was aged-up by Shinobu and transformed into his Beast form, Ikkaku and her crewmates mistook him for Kaidou and held up their weapons to defend themselves; after Momonosuke identified himself, they watched as Luffy climbed onto his back and flew back up to the Skull Dome. Sometime later, the Heart Pirates also made it up the island and were startled as Yamato rushed past them in his wolf form. They entered the Skull Dome and found their way to where Law and Kid were fighting Big Mom. When the Heart and Kid Pirates tried to rush in to save their injured captains, Big Mom had Hera strike them with lightning. The Emperor was then knocked to the ground by Law and Kid, which the Heart Pirates cheered for; they continued to watch as she recovered and the two captains battled her, and had their life forces drained in Big Mom's attempt to defend herself. When she was finally defeated, the Heart and Kid Pirates rushed towards their exhausted captains, celebrating their victory. After the Raid, Ikkaku participated in the festival celebrating Kaidou's defeat and Momonosuke's ascent to shogun alongside the rest of her crew. She later helped her crew with the preparations to leave Wano.
Final Saga
Egghead Arc
The Heart Pirates sailed to Winner Island, where they were attacked by the Blackbeard Pirates. During the attack, Jesus Burgess threw a mountain at Ikkaku and her crewmates, but it was cut by Law. After a short battle, the Heart Pirates were ultimately defeated and their ship destroyed. Most of the crew sank with the ship, including Ikkaku.
Trivia
Ikkaku means "narwhal" in Japanese. Ikkaku birthday, December 7, comes from her name since 12-7 can be derived from ik-kaku.
