Appearance

Kettai is average-sized man with curly green hair and some beard stubble. He wears sunglasses and a black wide-brimmed hat with a skull on top of it. He also wears a red and orange vertically striped collared shirt, a white cravat, dark purple pants, and gray shoes.

Personality

Kettai likes seeing people's faces in surprise or fear. However, actually hurting people goes against his policy, so he decided to focus on spreading germs.

Abilities And Powers

Kettai's individual strength is unknown, but he is unlikely to be very powerful as the Germ Pirates were quite easily defeated by the Fire Tank Pirates.

While the royal family of Dressrosa was attending the Levely, Kettai and the other Germ Pirates targeted the country and infected people with the Kiss-Kiss Germ. However, their rampage was stopped by the Fire Tank Pirates.
