Appearance

Spencer is an average-sized man with light skin, and light colored hair tied in a ponytail, with an even fringe and two strands framing his face. During his travels with the Roger Pirates, he wore a dark shirt with a light color jacket with several styled patches on the left arm, light colored pants, and flat light colored shoes.

Personality

Not much is known about Spencer's personality, but he was shown joyfully partaking in his crew activities.

As a member of the Roger Pirates, Spencer is likely a formidable fighter and pirate. His occupation as an intelligence officer also implies he is skilled in espionage, as well as having the necessary analytical expertise and assessment skills to properly perform his job.

History

Past

Thirty-eight years ago, Spencer and the Roger Pirates sailed to God Valley in order to fight the Rocks Pirates, in what was later labeled as the God Valley Incident. 25 years ago, the crew welcomed Kouzuki Oden into their ranks with a celebration. During the crew's final journey to Laugh Tale, Spencer witnessed the Road Poneglyph on Fish-Man Island, and enjoyed the company of his crew. After the crew found all four Road Poneglyphs, he was part of the team to locate and chart their course and laughed with the rest of his crew when reaching there. When Gol D. Roger left the crew, Spencer tearfully bid him farewell. His whereabouts after his captain disbanded the crew are unknown.
